We can process Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Novus, and Diners Club (North America only) manually.

If you do not wish to use PayPal, please email or call us at 503-289-3295 during regular business hours so we can hand process your credit card order. (DO NOT send your credit card number via email -- we will not honor your order.)

If you prefer to mail, fax, use a check, money or purchase order, or one of the above mentioned cards off-line, please use our printable order form (PDF).

While we are notified of your order immediately, we hand-pack all orders twice a week, usually Mondays and Thursdays. Please see our shipping policy and privacy/security policy for more information.

If you were given a discounted price or code, enter your discount code in the "Discount Code or Coupon" field of the payment screen. Note: If your code is for a complimentary copy, choose "check, money/purchase order" as method of payment. You will not be assessed the shipping fees shown.

If you need a large quantity, please call us during regular business hours so we can process your order manually, or contact us by email and we will call you to make arrangements.

Please note: for security, all orders older than 6 months are deleted.
